The controversies engulfing the not too big Ghanaian entertainment industry, especially the Gospel music industry are ones that always get you shaking at the edge of your seats.
The recently married Empress Gifty Adorye has come out to open up on some of the ills and shady dealings that happen in the industry that is supposed to stand and glorify the name of God.
Speaking on Accra FM’s mid-morning show hosted by Nana Romeo, the ‘Adom’ hitmaker revealed that she was recently given wind of a ploy that was put into motion by a colleague in the gospel music industry, who decided to call some members of their church together and have her (Gifty Osei’s) destruction and downfall as their prayer topic.
The wife of Ghana’s Deputy National Security Coordinator in Charge of Airports, Mr. Hopeson Adorye also disclosed in the video available to zionfelix.net that some of her other colleagues have also on numerous occasions picked up their phones and placed calls to bloggers with negative and untrue stories about her for publication.
Sounding very peeved about these unfortunate happenings, the award-winning musician told Nana Romeo that there have been occasions where all the bones in her body decided to shake uncontrollably when she sighted some of these people who had decided to cause her downfall from the comfort of their rooms.
Asked what she was going to do about this, Gifty revealed that she has decided to leave everything to prayer and her maker, God Almighty.
