Burkinabe forward Songne Yacouba has refused an improved offer from Kotoko.
Yacouba is on the verge of leaving Kotoko after receiving several offers.
The 27-year-old remains a target for South African side Orlando Pirates, Al Hilal, Zamalek and ZESCO United who have all reportedly shown interest in the player.
Kotoko were aiming to tie down their marksman with a lucrative offer which included a vehicle according to the Club’s CEO George Amoako.
“As management we are ready and committed to making the player (Songne Yacouba) happy so plans are underway to give him a befitting accommodation but he has turned down a better offer we plan giving him, which even includes a vehicle”, Mr Amoako told Graphic Sports.
“We have not received any new offer concerning the player. What we have is the ones which came earlier,” he noted.
The player has one more year left on his contract at Kotoko.
He joined Kotoko last year as a free agent after leaving Malian giants Stade Malien.
