The third edition of Western Music Awards has been launched in Takoradi.
The launch ceremony, which was held at the Raybow International hotel, was attended by a number of industry stakeholders, including Paulina Oduro, Mr Oduro, Mr Tiaku, Joseph Atubiga, Bernard Kyei.

Musicians including Nero x, Ayesem, Oduro, Quesi Ghana, Yaw Lucaz, Afezi Perry among others were also present at the event.

The organisers of the awards scheme, Westline Entertainment revealed that this year’s edition will be held on May 11, in the Plush Best Western Atlantic hotel in Takoradi.
Nominations have been opened. The year under review is 2018 which starts from 2nd March 2018 to 31st January 2019, according to organisers.

Prior to the awards day, there would be series of events including Seminar for Artistes and Stakeholders, Artistes Socialization time and Nomination, Westline Entertainment and Western Music Awards’ PRO, Nana Kwesi Koomson told us.
