BREAKING: Helicopter carrying Nigeria’s Vice President has crashed

Reports reaching Asembi.com indicate that Helicopter carrying the Vice President of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, has crashed.

The chopper crashed in Kabba, Kogi State, according to Laolu Akande, Senior Special Assistant (Media and Publicity) to the Vice President.

Akande tweeted that the Vice President and the entire crew were safe after the incident that occurred on Saturday afternoon.

The tweet reads: “VP Osinbajo’s Chopper crash lands in Kabba, but he and the entire crew safe. He is continuing with his engagements and plans for the day in Kogi State”.
