The investigative journalist of Tiger Eye PI, Ahmed Hussein-Suale who was gunned down by unknown assailants on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, has been laid to rest today, January 18.

In attendance at the burial grounds were the Minister of Information, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, Kwaku Baako and Anas Aremeyaw Anas.


The death of Ahmed has stirred up controversies on social media with some alleging that the Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong has a hand in his killing.

Investigations are still ongoing to bring the perpetrators of the crime to book as the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo assured.
