Nigeria aviation ministry did not wake up to good news as one military aircraft crashed to ashes near Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja. The aviation minister confirmed the news and called for calm stating that the military has launched an investigation into the sad incident.
The identity of the pilot has been revealed. No life was survived and the number of people who were board has not been confirmed. The aircraft was identified as Nigerian Air Force Beechcraft KingAir B350i. One Twitter user by name, Emanuel Mac-den has taken to Twitter to reveal the identity of the pilot.

Flt. Lt. Haruna Gazman has been identified as the pilot of the Nigerian Air Force Beechcraft KingAir B350i aircraft that crashed close to the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja today February 21.
All seven personnel on board the aircraft died in the crash. The aircraft en route to Minna in Niger State crashed close to the runway of the airport after reporting engine failure.
