Rufftown Records signee, Wendy Shay launched her maiden album yesterday, December 20, 2018, and aside from her family headed by her uncle buying the Shay Album for Ghc50,000, the National Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sammy Awuku also bought a copy for Ghc25,000.
Wendy Shay did not disappoint her fans and followers present at the album launch as she thrilled them with some standout performances.
Her manager, Bullet in an interview with the media after the launch, mocked the CEO of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah and asked him to bail himself out like he wanted to bailout late Ebony some months back.
On the question of why he creates controversies around Wendy Shay’s brand, he answered that creating controversies around a talented artiste works better than creating it around untalented artiste.
