Nigeria is looking forward to legalizing the cultivation of Marijuana after passing Bill of 2nd Reading.
Even though the country has a lot of things to tackle at the moment, passing bills that will be of priority to its citizens has not been rubbished.
The House of Representatives is currently analyzing the bill of legislation and usage of non-toxicant cannabis plants for medical and scientific research.
The Rep of the Okigwe North of Imo State, Princess Miriam Onuoha presented the bill, which has been able to pass the second reading.
The announcement was made by Legal Practitioner, Tonye Jaja Clinton during a media conference in Abuja relating to benefits and opportunities for cannabis plants and CDB oil. He also added that Nigeria will benefit heavily in the economic sector if the bill becomes a law.
