Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the Manchester United caretaker coach, has fueled rumors of being retained as a permanent Manchester United coach by admitting to a Norwegian podcast that his contract with Molde, the club he was supposed to return to in the summer, had been terminated.
Even though the bosses at Man United are reluctant to put a timeline on any announcement of making his contract permanent, Solskjaer is widely expected to get the job after leading the club into the top-four and into the quarter-finals of both the UEFA Champions League and FA Cup.

In a post by Daily Mail sighted by Asembi.com, the Red Devils caretaker coach confirmed that his contract at Molde has been torn up as he moves closer to being named Manchester United manager on a full-time basis. “And of course that contract issue there, you cannot have two contracts when you’re a manager, so that contract was terminated”, Ole posited.
“I love managing these boys. I love working here. I am just doing the best I can every single day. If and when a decision is to be made we will have to think about that. Everyone likes to get complimented but doesn’t change my approach. I am good at focusing on what I should be focusing on”, Solskjaer added.
