New Patriotic Party (NPP) firebrand, Kennedy Agyapong has promised a GH¢100,000 reward for anyone who can provide vital information that will lead to the killers of a former member of Anas Aremeyaw Anas’ Tiger Eye PI, Ahmed Hussein-Suale.
According to him, the killers of the late undercover journalist were lurking around the area as at 3 pm on the day of the unfortunate incident and chatting with residents based on what he has gathered until late in the night when they committed the gruesome act.

He is of the view that these are possible known faces who must easily be tracked and named in order to face the full rigours of the law promising to provide the needed support to unravel the killers of the deceased journalist who left behind two wives and eight children.

“What I want to is that anybody who can give any vital information leading to the arrest of the perpetrators of the act gets GH¢100,000 because it is my reputation on the line”, he revealed on NET 2 TV.
The Assin Central lawmaker who disclosed that he has a lot of information but will only divulge to the appropriate quarters at the right time.

It would be recalled that Ahmed Hussein-Suale who played a key role in the investigative piece of Anas’ Number 12 that bothered on corruption in football was reportedly shot three times, twice in the chest and another in the neck at Madina a suburb of Accra.

The unidentified men were said to be riding a motorbike. He was rushed to the police hospital but confirmed dead on arrival and his body deposited at the morgue of the same facility.

Reacting to news of his death, Anas posted a video in which the Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong was issuing threats and wrote “Sad news, but we shall not be silenced. Rest in peace, Ahmed”

Meanwhile, Hon Kennedy Agyapong who is being accused of exposing the deceased to attack has stated emphatically that he knows nothing about the murder.

He spoke on NEAT FM’s morning show ‘Ghana Montie’.

He avers that the young journalist never offended him whiles alive so it’s unfortunate that he has been linked to his ‘unfortunate’ death.

“A friend called to tell me that there is something trending on social media that I engineered the killing of one Ahmed. First of all, the guy has never offended me in any way,” he said.
