To the fans of Nigerian musician, Wizkid, jubilating and trolling Davido for not getting a Grammy nomination, you are actually jubilating over nothing because it turns out Wizkid wasn’t nominated.

Reports went viral that Wizkid‘s song with Beyonce, “Brown Skin Girl” was nominated for Best Music Video and that makes Wizkid a nominee.

But a check on the Grammys website reveals that Wizkid isn’t recognized as one of the artists on the “Brown Skin Girl” video nominated for the “Best Music Video” award.

The Grammys nominated and recognized “Beyoncé Knowles-Carter & Jenn Nkiru, video directors; Lauren Baker, Astrid Edwards, Nathan Scherrer & Erinn Williams, video producers”.
