Ghanaian celebrated reggae singer, Rocky Dawuni has assured fans that everything is okay between him and Cabum who recently accused him of pirating his father’s song without his consent.
In an interview with Amansan Krakye on Radio Central, Rocky Dawuni disclosed that he did the “Kyenkyen Bi Edi Mawu” cover version to honour Alhaji K Frimpong and with a clean heart.
“I did the song to praise his father so that the world will see his works and the classic legends we have in Ghana. Everyone knows I did that cover with a clean heart and they are accepting it everywhere so its a positive thing. Cabum and I have spoken so people should know everything is okay. Ghanaian should support us so that the song can go viral”, he divulged.
Rocky Dawuni recently released his version “Kyenkyen Bi Edi Mawu” featuring rapper Sarkodie off his “Beats Of Zion” album and it’s doing well on the music market.
