The Black Stars will know their Group opponents for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations today.
CAF will today hold the draw for the competition in Egypt where 24 qualified teams will be grouped.
Ghana have been pitted in Pot 2 alongside Cote d’ Ivoire, DR Congo, Algeria, Guinea and Mali.
The four-time Africa Champions could thus be drawn in a tough group facing the either of host Egypt, current holders Cameroon, Africa best ranked side Senegal, Tunisia or Morocco at the Group stage.
Coach Kwesi Appiah is already in Egypt to witness the draw.
Ghana made it to the Cup of Nations tournament for the 22nd time after topping Group F in the qualifiers.
Today’s draw is also expected to have some bigwigs in football such as CAF President Ahmad Ahmad to grace the occasion.
