‘Astalavista’ By Wendy Shay Appears On Apple Music 2018 A-list of African Music

Wendy Shay’s ‘Astalavista’ song after three months of release has made it to Apple Music 2018 A-list of African Music which is good for her confidence as a young female musician battling it out with the males in a male-dominated industry.

The Rufftown Record’s signee is currently rubbing shoulders with big guys such as Davido, Wizkid, Sarkodie, Mr Eazi and others on Apple Music streaming platform.

This is a big feat for Wendy Shay because a lot of musicians have been in the system for decades without having a single song on Apple’s streaming platform.

She has been able to get one of her hit songs, ‘Astalavista’ on there after a year with Bullet’s Rufftown Record label.
